Cancellation Policies
Guest are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure. We request an advance reservation guaranteed by valid credit card number-please contact us for any other arrangement. Cancellation, 7 days or longer before arrival date will not be subject to charges for the reservation. Charges made by on-line companies subject to their policies Cancellation in the 6 day period before arrival date is subject to the full reservation charges. We will try to resell the reservation, and if we can, the charge will only be the unsold portion. Holiday period reservations require NON-REFUNDABLE PREPAYMENT
- Any excessive and/or exceptional cleaning charge at the Hotel
- Any injuries to Hotel employees or Hotel
You will be given an opportunity to respond to any noise complaints from other Motel guests. In the event that you are unable to satisfy this request, you may be asked to leave the property and could be financially responsible for any and all costs associated with appeasing the guest complaints.
